Refund policy

We hope you're thrilled with your purchase, but if you aren't, we'll happily refund you within 30 days.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A $5 restocking fee applies to all returns, and you are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error is on our side.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at office@aldosohm.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Zalto Glassware Returns 

Since every glass we deliver arrives in factory wrapped and unused condition, used glasses or glasses that have been unwrapped from their tissue packaging can not be returned. Please understand that glasses that are returned with tissue paper that shows that the glass has been unwrapped will not be accepted under our return policy.

Breakage: Please inspect glassware within 48 hours of delivery for breakage.  If any glass is broken, please send a picture of the broken glass and a picture of the packaging via email to office@aldosohm.com, noting the order number.

Laguiole Aldo Sohm Corkscrew Returns

You have up to 21 days from delivery to return the wine key. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. The wine key(s) must be returned in good condition, in its original box (whenever possible), and with all accessories to ensure full credit.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, gift wrap, gift box or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
